The Human factor in the Sales Discovery 💡 So I once had the perfect discovery notes - everything that you could wish ✨ for to know about what the customer wants to achieve, where he stands etc. So basically the perfect start to setup a tailored demo! So it wasn’t the old this module please. 🤷‍♀️And still, I pulled a blank - - having only the notes but not having talked to the customer myself to make a human connection. 🤨I missed the human part - what kind of person is the customer? Does he want to have a perfectly polished ready solution and not think about it or rather wanna get his hands „dirty“ and look under the hood and configure software themselves? What interests him, will a joke from my DOS gaming time or rather a diver metaphor work? 🤿 Funny thing, I did this automatically subconsciously and didn’t even realize it - until I missed it. How do you approach Demos? -> still in technical Black or White or already in human colours? #presales #discovery #demo #softwaresales #Solution #humansales
