The private sector appears to have priority access to these drugs, as their patients are willing to pay a premium for weight management, pushing public sector patients with T-1 diabetes to the back of the queue until 2025. Having spent nearly 8 years in the CDMO headhunting space, I have seen first-hand the importance of offering fair and competitive salaries to candidates. Whilst I appreciate balancing budgets is crucial, lowballing on salary offers can have significant negative repercussions. Here's why: 1.
