“ I met Simon via networking with a fellow professional, Chris Douel. The reference and introduction to Simon was made on the basis that Schindler UK and Ireland were looking to move to the next level, in terms of customer engagement, employee engagement and transformed business performance, by means of a "new creed and covenant."
