HM Land Registry Price Increase! 📢 From Monday, 9 December 2024, HM Land Registry will increase fees for information services for the first time in over 10 years. Notable changes include: ➡️ Electronic inspection of individual registers or plans will rise from £3 to £7 ➡️ Official copies of individual registers or plans (electronic) will increase from £3 to £7 ➡️ Registration, cancellation, or rectification per name (Agricultural Credits) will jump from £1 to £5 These changes reflect the rising service improvement costs and ongoing digital transformation at HM Land Registry.
