We helped a client get 231.77% YOY growth in month 1 and year to date 😃 We took in a client in the supplements category and started at the end of December. We grew them very quickly and have sustained the growth since. Here is what we did: 1) Revamped all PPC and restructured it (reducing acos to 13.4% from 21.6% whilst increasing ppc sales by over 50% 2) We ran many experiments. Most products had the same packaging so made sense to really hone in on which main image worked. We ended up with one showing the pill itself next to packaging which increased conversions by 19% 3) Filled in every part of the listing backend. As Steven Pope says, thats low hanging fruit and important for visibility 4) Qualified them for premium A+ with a little hack and created and tested it (The first premium A+ we did actually converted less so good thing we tested and redid it!) 5) Made sure they had the buy box fully and alerts for competitive price matches they were getting from off amazon 6) Structured the listings to share reviews more with weaker products by adding them into a variation 7) Better brand defence PPC to encourage cross selling and winning frequently bought together 8) Worked on subscribe and save funding and repeat buys. LTV of customer. We are happy with the progress and next steps is to go to the US and conquer there with the brand. The brand is 4 times more expensive than the top competitor and still gains market share. I don't think amazon is super complicated at its core. Trying to secure renewals when clients are wanting a reduction in costs and yet they're wanting more for their money. So as an agency margins are squeezed and therefore standards could be compromised. They know they need more people but the numbers don't add up. Why would a potential client choose your agency over others? I figured it out: - you specialise in their industry - you specialise in the “thing” (SEO, PPC, design etc) - you have case studies for companies similar to theirs - you clearly demonstrate your processes - you are outcome focused - you are transparent with pricing upfront - you don’t lock people in - you make it as risk free as possible Don’t focus on a pretty website and logo. Focus on a no brainer offer.

Some end-of-the-week results showcase - 📉 Cost Per Conversion reduced by 99.1% 📈 Conversion Rate increased by 12,512% 📈Conversions increased by 31,950% 📈New Contacts increased in CRM by 97.1% 📈MQLs increased by 35.7% Key Insights 💡 1️⃣ Before we took over the account, ad money was being spent but without proper conversion tracking. Can't emphasize enough how important that is. 2️⃣ A focus on middle and lower-funnel conversions, considering people who click on Book a Demo as a conversion, Meeting Bookings, and Form Fill ups as conversions. This helped the Ads algorithm collect data and also push for lower funnel conversions simultaneously. 3️⃣ Previously the account was running Dynamic search ads which didn't make much business sense and CPA was astronomical. Do you know what’s been toe curlingly, agonising to watch this year? (I’ve just seen it again in my inbox 🙈) I hear from a lot of eCommerce brands that it’s been their most challenging year yet but… When I look at their product offering, there’s nothing new on their website 🙈 I have had a few discovery calls with brands that are new to me. When I’ve asked what new products they launched this year, it’s usually nothing 🙈🙈🙈 I worked with a brand during the pandemic and received a promotional email from them today promoting the same collection I advertised for them back in 2020 🙈 The world moves on, tastes change. If you want to stay current and delight new customers, as well as give a reason for your past customers to keep coming back, you need to keep innovating, creating and providing something fresh to talk about. Lots of companies buying leads are far better off working with agencies They get better results So how do you know the best lead gen agencies to work with? Transparency is the Numero Uno thing But that's quite a broad term that doesn't really help you make a decision This is really what you're looking for: 1. Not hiding sources of data 2. Deep knowledge of your vertical 3. Ensuring they're getting performance results on a regular basis 4. Using tech to verify, qualify, and deliver data 5. Managing feedback loops 6. Adjusting processes, suppliers and volumes based on performance 7. Understanding how the performance of leads impacts the CPA and cost efficiencies 8. Full understanding of how leads are generated and how that feeds into a sales, or marketing function to create a seamless customer journey 9. Caring about your prospects experience as much as you do --- It's easy to make money as a middleman and not do much, but working with an agency should constantly improve performance and make the lead buying process easier The value needs to be demonstrable

High performing TikTok content = NATIVE CONTENT 📈 And the same goes for your Calls To Action. We analysed the top performing organic posts across all our clients + influencer campaigns and they ALL had one thing in common… No CTA. Does this shock you? Because it didn’t shock me at all, but every other agency owner/TikTok employee I told was gobsmacked. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, people HATE being told what to do. It’s like being told to do the dishes when you’re just about to do them anyway (a personal loathe). As you add a CTA it automatically becomes about selling a product rather than someone authentically sharing content…. I’ll say it again: As soon as you add a CTA, it becomes about selling a product rather than someone authentically sharing content. And TikTok is ALL about authenticity, as we know. When you’re used to building highly coveted, exclusive and trendy brands on TikTok, you get to know the damaging effect that poor brand positioning can have. The use of CTA’s instantly aligns a brand with creators, content and other brands that would send our clients into a coma if they became associated with them. Taylor Swift wearing a dress is cool. Quick question - Is anyone on here using Shopify as their selling platform? We do and we have recently been selected "at random" for a review. Sounds benign, right? Well, this review wants details reconfirmed, which they have been, but now Shopify is holding our scheduled payments. No reason why. A quick online search shows that this is happening to MANY small businesses worldwide. Shopify is holding their money. Businesses have closed, Shopify has closed accounts, people are struggling to pay staff, no cash flow. Businesses still have to fulfil orders or they are in breach of terms, so shipping fees, etc are still getting paid by the business. How long can the deficit continue? Shopify is doing this as I write. So why isn't this getting talked about? We are one of the lucky ones. Although they are holding over £1k in funds from us (for an unknown amount of time) we run two platforms and the other one (courses) is not impacted. The suggestion is that Shopify is in trouble. I believe they have sunk too much into Shopify Capital and are now grabbing back what they can for their own cash flow. So what can you do? We removed ALL payment options EXCEPT PayPal. That way Shopify cannot hold your money hostage. Don't be the victim. If this resonates with you, I'm glad. I hope it helps.
