    Gained whilst working full time at EA Technology as part of the Postgraduate Training Programme, a government scheme to support people to do their PhD whilst working for a company with a particular focus upon knowledge and technology transfer. My research focussed upon taking mature technology from the Healthcare sector (specifically 3D ultrasonic imaging) and applying it to a new sector, namely Energy Utilities.

    Activities and Societies: The majority of my secondary school education was at Altrincham Grammar School for Boys. I was something of a late bloomer educationally but ended up getting straight A's in all of my GCSE's and A-Level to the great surprise of my teachers, my parents, my friends and not least myself.
