The term ‘soft skills’ does not do justice to something that encompasses attitude, aspirations, self-management and people skills that often are the difference between success and failure. Children from more advantaged families benefit from higher social and emotional skills and these skills have been shown to influence recruitment to the top professions.

    I facilitate the 'Young Adults’ Aspirations, Character and Employability Workshop' for 16-25 year olds and deliver skills sessions to prepare young adults for their future and the working world.

    The mission of the Beyond Food Foundation is to inspire people who are at risk of, or have experienced, homelessness to gain meaningful employment.

    Meaningful employment is emotionally, economically and intellectually fulfilling to the individual, as well as beneficial to the society we live in. I run interactive workshops to equip participants with the necessary tools required to further their careers.
