What does “high end” even mean?🤓 This weekend I had the honour of attending an F1 screening event in Melrose Arch hosted by Patron. Stay with me, these details matter. From my observation the event was cementing a narrative that positions Patron as a high end tequila, not only in price point but in brand value. The question becomes; in a country with the nuances & complexities that South Africa has; Is a customer who buys “high end” alcohol someone who lives a “high end” lifestyle?
