If you’ve scaled a business to 7 figures + then congratulations but you’re in no position to be giving life advice on LinkedIn IMO.   - 7 habits of a successful entrepreneur - Morning routine of a 7 figure business owner etc It’s all nonsense. Strategy > ads, email, sms, content, cro > optimising. Work on that daily and that’s basically all you need to be successful in business.

This is the most common objection I get And it’s not even close “But I already get loads of referrals, I don’t need your services” There is so much wrong with this let’s break it down; 1) If you are getting loads of referrals, most likely it is you, as a business owner, that is so inextricably linked to the company that you don’t have a saleable asset, you have a job for yourself 2) Referrals are without doubt the best form of lead BUT you are in no way shape or form in control of this, it could be feast one month, famine the next. 3) As you’re not in control of the referrals it makes it near impossible to plan to grow, there is no predictability. Conversely, with a properly built brand; 1) Your design team are dealing with new leads that don’t rely on yourself as the business owner, dealing with 2) You can turn the tap up or down depending on how much work you need in the following quarter to meet / exceed targets 3) You have a brand that has value in its own right and no longer requires the business owners every second of the day If you’re getting loads of referrals it means you have a good product and good service. Marketing properly will supercharge the referral effect and exponentially grow the number of leads coming in as you have a new pool of people to sell and therefore get future referrals from. This post will show you how you can get 10-15 enquiries per week without running ads or spamming people with hard sells. If you’re a coach or agency owner you know what chasing prospects mean. We know no one likes to be sold. So why act like a salesperson? The concept is this: Setup the messaging & offers etc but make sure for each segment of audience you have separate messaging so you don’t mix desires with problems. Use linkedin or IG as your base. Let people come to you in the following ways. Setup a Mini-VSL Page which has a video of yours explaining cleverly what you offer in a “helping: way" and below that you’ve a booking button. Prepare a free lead magnet and write 2 posts per day on the base channel and 2 stories providing the free lead magnet. Make sure your lead magnet is based on a severe problem with a high urgency score. Once someone reach out for lead magnet collect their emails automatically using a manychat and then fire the nurturing flow that’d lead them to the Mini-VSL landing page where they can watch what you offer and book a call The conversion ranges from 3%-10% depending on variables like messaging and process optimisation. Repeat it daily and you’ll get 10-15 enquiries per week and you can scale it unlimited. There are other cost-effective ways through which you can get 100-150 enquiries a week using simple IG ads if you’re a coach and the CAC would be $300-$600 more affordable than outbound! Build a loop of value.   👆 This should be your aim with content.   If we know one thing about prospects… they’re COMPLICATED.   Their buying behaviour is erratic. There’s no linear path.   Because they’re busy. They’re dipping in & out. They’re not (solely) focused on you as a brand.   Truth is, when it comes to content, our focus should always be to strive for a LOOP OF VALUE.   Creating moments where our buyers can consume something of value, and then continue to extract REPEATABLE value, over a longer period of time — A LOOP OF VALUE.   And there’s opportunity to do this across channels.   – Our webinars. – Our podcasts. – Our live events. – Our newsletters. – Our LinkedIn pages.   Each channel can, and should, become it’s own loop of value.   You don’t need to obsess over multi-touch measurement between them and other channels. It’s OK for buyers to dip in one and then move to another.   Then, we can sit down and ask ourselves meaningful questions.   Instead of: “How many subscribers and sign ups do we have?”   We’re asking ourselves:   – How does each loop contribute to our pipeline? – Are we continually sharing new insights worth consuming? – How many people in our target segment keep coming back for more?   That’s a programme worth building.   #marketing #saas   PS. Stop using stock photos, I beg you Randomly chosen stock images won't do your website any favours! Imagery is a huge part of the first impressions you make on a customer. So it needs to be professional, consistent, and (when possible) drive sales. There are 4 key elements: 1. Photos of people using your products - You’re not just selling a product, you are selling a lifestyle! - Photograph smiling, happy people using your product. 2. Original photos (not stock photos) - Users can tell the difference (and so can Google's robot!). - Original photos boost SEO, authenticity and brand consistency. - Professional photos can be costly BUT consider hidden costs of stock images ( licensing issues etc). Note: Stock photos can be useful, but they need to be processed to remain consistent with your brand and overall visual choices. If you don’t have those resources, just don’t do it. 3. Meta info for images - Meta-information is the descriptive data stored in an image. - Your metadata should accurately describe your photo. - TRY: ‘Photo of a woman using a laptop to shop online’ NOT: ‘Image73.jpg’ - Change your file names too! - Meta-info gives context to images that won’t load, screen readers and Google’s robot (helps with SEO). 4. Sizing and quality of images - Slow loading, blurry or incorrectly sized photos will make your business seem unprofessional. - Find compression methods that don't compromise on quality - Ensure images are correctly sized for mobile devices - Use techniques like delayed loading / placeholders for images lower down the page. So, book a photographer and create original brand visuals.

"Sales is all about numbers!" Yes is it but you're missing one vital thing. You need to know your numbers but you also need to know psychology ie. how your buyers buy. You can smash numbers all day, each week and each month but if you have no idea of how humans make their decisions you'll be hitting your head against a brick wall and eventually come to a dead end. Knowing your numbers and knowing psychology is a wonderfully powerful and potent combination for any rural sales professional. It will separate you from the mediocre - and 90% of all other sellers. You don't just know your run rates and the key metrics you need to hit, you'll also know: - how your rural buyer thinks - what specific persona they are by the words and specific language they use so you can make a deeper connection - what they feel when say certain words - what signals they send you even when they aren't talking - how to make them feel safe and not pressured - how to get them to tell you more and open up - how to qualify need, urgency and priority - how to get them to tell you the process and people they use to make their purchase decision - how to get them to commit to a mutually beneficial and agreed next step - how to get them to refer others to you Pretty useful list right? Sure is. My students know all these things and as a result they out-sell their peers and competitors in some cases by as much as 5:1. Psychology is a rural sales super power. Knowing your numbers is not enough. You need to know more. Start with psychology and why people buy. No one sells till someone buys. The results of doing my clients outreach this month = 15 x Discovery Calls. 3 x Monthly £750 deals closed. My client was hesitant at first.
