You're caught in the middle of subject matter expert disputes. How do you ensure content accuracy prevails?
Having worked on a speech to a regional climate conference, where multiple SMEs were consulted and had opposing views, my takeaway was to prioritise the key points before getting into the weeds on stuff that ultimately matter to a tiny %. Your goal is not to be “right”, your goal is to authentically put forth a POV with integrity that advances the discourse in a way that makes it better. Pick your battles.

Forbes
After COVID, how should Higher Education institutions build back better? We wasted the opportunity to change after the financial crisis. There are a lot of great ideas on how to make higher ed fit for purpose. We can't pretend that we can go back to the status quo. Honored to have worked with the eminent Francisco Marmolejo on this piece.

Sponsored by Qatar Foundation. Higher-education institutions are under pressure. Now, more than ever, they must adapt to social, political, economic and technological challenges. In our new report, “New Schools of Thought: Innovative models for delivering higher education”, sponsored by Qatar Foundation, The Economist Intelligence Unit (The EIU) examines how five innovative higher education models address the challenges facing academic institutions in today’s changing world. We find that technology continues to disrupt the higher-education landscape. It enables institutions to serve a greater number of diverse students, increase tuition revenues and can reduce operating costs. Yet not all institutions are able to benefit from radical technological change. Those that emphasise a bespoke residential or experiential learning experience must find a way to reimagine their value proposition in an online environment.
