Carbon accounting software provider Normative announced that it has launched a new suite of features on its enterprise carbon platform, aimed at enabling businesses to set and plan emissions reduction strategies, and to integrate supplier emissions data and forecasts into supply chain decarbonization plans. According to Normative, the new features aim to address the need for companies to meet new regulatory sustainability reporting and compliance obligations, such as the EU’s Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and other environmental legislation, which, in addition to mandating emissions reporting across the value chain, also require companies to disclose Paris agreement-aligned emissions reduction plans.
