Partnering with Userlytics: This partnership has enabled us to conduct thorough user testing, gathering valuable qualitative and quantitative data to inform our design decisions. Creating a Design System: Faye is currently developing a design system to ensure a consistent and efficient UX across all platforms with a keen focus on creating a system that is accessible and inclusive for every user by following the WCAG guidelines. Engaging the Business: By involving colleagues across the business in the design process, she has demystified UX and fostered a culture of collaboration. Implementing Retrospectives: These sessions help us continuously improve our ways of working. Faye’s efforts have been instrumental in expanding our UX team. A notable milestone was onboarding Imogen Walsh as our UX Researcher. Together, they created an owners panel to engage users throughout the testing and design stages, ensuring their voices are heard every step of the way.✨ Some other impressive notable impacts from Faye are: Conversion Growth: Conversion rates have grown by around 100% year on year. Email Redesign: Her redesign of our marketing emails significantly improved conversion rates. Bounce Rate Reduction: She reduced the bounce rate by 8%. Enhanced User Experience: Faye played a key role in our rebrand, implementing basic UX changes to create a more usable, consistent, and simple website experience.   We'd love to take the opportunity to shout-out Faye, whose outstanding work has not gone unnoticed: Award-Winner: She won the ‘Learn, Grow, and Innovate’ award at the 2023 company value awards and was nominated for three awards in total. Career Progression: Starting as a Senior UX Designer, Faye quickly advanced to Lead UX Designer.
