Given many if not all UK Government Departments are developing 5 Year Plans and/or Spending Review Plans this insight from Gartner is perhaps even more relevant and timely. Its certainly something that has been in my mind whilst helping one of my Gov clients develop its plans and investment priorities over the past few months. One of our key findings from this research backs up my own observations ... organisations that change plans fast enough to respond to disruption have a common attribute: ✅ Their business and function leaders are deeply involved in the strategy planning process.
