🎤 Engaging panel, strategic discussions, and long-term perspectives Last week, I had the pleasure of speaking in front of 50+ PwC partners during an insightful event focused on infrastructure, energy, and investment opportunities across Europe and the Middle East. 🌍⚡️💼 I introduced Meridiam's vision, a global infrastructure fund committed to creating sustainable and impactful solutions, in an excellent panel featuring Alex Chomette(KKR) and Yoann Derriennic with exceptional moderation from Tom Pearce-Smith. Boston Consulting Group (BCG)’s latest report on M&A activity highlights how this momentum is setting the region apart in the global economic landscape. 💡 Here are some of the standout trends in the Middle East: 1. Deals That Are Scaling Innovation: M&A activity in the region is outpacing global averages: deal volume increased by 7% in 2024 (vs a global decline of 13%) and deal value is up 10% compared to last year.
