About

Hi there, I'm Michelle Molyneux, a certified Data Protection Officer based in Cheshire. Do you feel like you're navigating a minefield when it comes to data protection and process management? I'm here to help! With 12 years of experience in quality and compliance, I specialize in supporting businesses just like yours through these complex challenges.

As a data protection specialist, I understand the importance of ensuring that your data is protected at all times. I can provide a range of services to help you achieve this, including conducting data protection health checks and audits, providing bespoke training for your team, and serving as your external certified DPO or privacy manager. And the best part? I can do all of this in plain English without any fluff.

Many clients are small or medium-sized businesses that have been struggling with navigating the complex landscape of data protection and process management. They are feeling overwhelmed and unsure about how to proceed.
That's where I come in. With my 12 years of experience in quality and compliance, I am able to provide the guidance and support that the clients need. We always start with a chat about where they think they are at and what they want. Sometimes this leads to conducting a data protection health check to identify any areas of vulnerability. From there, we work together to develop policies and procedures that are written in plain English and tailored to the client's unique needs.
Throughout the process, I make sure to work in partnership with the client's team to implement the best solutions.

By taking the time to get to know the business and its people, I am able to provide bespoke training that helps everyone understand their role in ensuring data protection compliance.
Clients are thrilled with the results. They have peace of mind knowing that the personal information being processed is being handled responsibly and in compliance with the law. Additionally, they are able to achieve cost savings and increased efficiency by outsourcing their data protection needs to me.
This is just one example of how my experience as a data protection specialist can help businesses of all sizes.

Whether you need help writing policies, conducting data protection health checks and audits, providing bespoke training for your team, or outsourcing your data protection needs, I'm here to help. Please reach out to me today to learn more about how I can help you protect your data and ensure GDPR compliance.
