That time of the week, again 😉 Had some great feedback from one of our customers, on using Monitor CRMS to promote their workshops and events. They were relying on just the Newsletter (not ours, ahem) or social media to do so, with not-so-great outcomes. Half empty workshop, after half empty workshop. This is exactly what our customers say, that they have found procurements to be far more successful when there is engagement with suppliers before starting the formal part of the procurement – that way they can better understand the sorts of features and innovations that are available on the market, and which of these can best help them. They can then specify these innovations when the formal part of the procurement is underway, resulting in a solution that better meets the needs of the authority.
