Back at the day job after a brilliant week away delivering the MGZS Masterclass. Today I’m running an After-Sales Masterclass, for Divisional AfterSales Managers. Below are some key performance indicators (KPIs) for after-sales service departments in the RetailAutomotive industry Customer satisfaction score (CSI): A customer service KPI that reflects the overall customer experience Net Promoter Score (NPS): A customer service KPI that measures customer satisfaction by comparing the number of customers who would recommend a product to others with those who wouldn't . Customer retention: A retail metric that measures how often customers return to a business to make a purchase First contact resolution (FCR): The percentage of customer tickets that are resolved on the first interaction with a customer Customer lifetime value: The average amount a business earns per customer during the time they remain loyal to the business Service revenue and profitability: A KPI for after-sales service and support . Service quality and performance: A KPI for after-sales service and support. As well as the traditional KPI’s of Recovery rate, Workshop and Technichian Productivity, Efficiency and Ultisation.
