TFL is currently addressing an ongoing cyber security incident, though it has assured the public that there is no evidence of customer data being compromised. In response, TfL has enlisted the help of the National Crime Agency (NCA) and the National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC) to evaluate the situation. CTO Shashi Verma stated that several measures have been put in place to protect internal systems, and there is no disruption to TfL services.
