    Managing multiple government projects which involved the migration from an outsourced service to an internally hosted datacentre. The service provides the core infrastructure responsible for the Parking Enforcement Solution (PES). PES is designed to be used by over 800 Metropolitan Police Traffic Wardens and Traffic Police Community Support Officers in course of their duty to
    electronically record on street data using mobile handheld devices (PDAs). To plan all moves
    including re-engineering of all PDA hardware and Software, network connectivity and all back office systems.

    Additional projects include the implementation of systems to facilitate the capture, distribution and manipulation of this data, adding functionality to the existing high profile project. The anticipated budget is approximately £1.5m. Benefits include reducing total cost of ownership by £500k a year and meeting publically stated Mayoral objectives. Projects delivered under budget and on time.
    Also the investigation a third party software application offering slow performance.

    Awarded the Metropolitan Police Service Operational Command Unit Commendation, for outstanding professionalism, resilience and dedication to partnership working.
