We spend so much of our time pressing forward always focused on the next thing. We forget what we have achieved or perhaps don’t give ourselves the credit for what we have done. In particular when it is improvements in personal skills and growth. It is mid year review time at work and I have been reflecting with the team on their progress. Interestingly I have said the below a few times, so I love that this popped up with the visual to bring it to life. Just because there is still work to do or you are not where you think you were going to be, does not mean you have not had success. Don’t forget to look behind you to see how far you have come.
