From HBR: The average tenure of today’s chief revenue officer (CRO) is among the shortest in the C-suite, averaging just 25 months. This Capgemini report predicts that gen AI adoption will reach 85% by 2026, climbing significant from the current rate of 46%. The study also noted that 27% of organisations are running gen AI programs and 11% are leveraging gen AI in software functions.
