ICF consisted of the formation and interpretation of cash flow forecasts, with particular care to foreign and domestic tax treaties, discounting cash forecasts, along with reference to Modigliani and Miller's tax shield incentives.

Investment management's module taught; Markowitz's theorem, Black Scholes, along with the understanding of pricing indices, securities, tracker funds, stock manipulation, fraud, and regulating bodies.
Additionally, the production of a 12 share portfolio that can calculate the optimum level of investment on any given capital injection value based upon historic share pricing data.

Additionally, the formation and winding up of companies was examined. 74% in examination and 74% on an assignment; corporate governance. -
Financial Management (FM)
Score: 77%
FM concluded with the advancement of factor analysis - in depth conclusions based upon; contributions per unit, maximum capacity, value of WIP, inventory value, balance sheets, etc.
82% in examination.
