Plus, over 80% agreed that: - They find our paperwork adequate - We keep them updated on any changes - We always respond within a reasonable timescale But, we also discovered that 95.5% would have higher job satisfaction with a set hours employment contract. Some value flexibility, others want security. And we’re making sure we tailor everything to individual needs by offering both! It’s feedback like this that motivates us to keep raising the bar. The goal? To get these changes implemented. And improve these stats even more over the next year!

In this new age of opportunities and access to whatever opportunity you want at your finger tips, when businesses recruit, they need to realise they need the candidate just as much as the candidate needs them. The businesses that are fighting harder for candidates and overlooking minute factors such as location of the candidate, a slightly higher salary expectation, or anything else in between, will always be more successful with their staff turnover and growth than the businesses who don’t. As a social care recruiter, I see firsthand just how tough it is to find and retain staff in this sector. High turnover and staff shortages are ongoing hurdles, often making the recruitment process feel like a never-ending cycle. Social care roles are demanding, both physically and emotionally. It’s no surprise that lots of people leave after a short time, leaving gaps that constantly need to be filled. We're here! It's Friday 😎 We've had a very positive week at All Square Recruitment Ltd and have made some great progress.
