Your mobile app must cater to diverse user demographics. How do you ensure its inclusivity?
1/ Take concrete action on internationalisation; have all your text translated to cover as many languages as possible, targeting those that reach the most new users first if budget is limited. Make sure you test with native speakers that UI layout makes sense in each new language (special care with languages that use a different amount of space or don’t follow left-to-right conventions) 2/ Follow best practice on accessibility for groups like the vision impaired.

Final Dissertation:"Performance of Information-Directed Sampling in a Stochastic Environment"
Examined the performance of different exploration-exploitation tradeoff strategies for reinforcement learning in a Deep Q-Network operating in the stochastic 'Frozen Lake' environment.
Focussed on the 'Information Directed Sampling' strategy described by Nikolov et al in their 2018 paper https://arxiv.org/abs/1812.07544, because I'm particularly curious about the intersection of…Final Dissertation:"Performance of Information-Directed Sampling in a Stochastic Environment"
