An interesting read from 2021 but more relevant than ever, DfE in their own business case modelling found that outcomes in FE in terms of higher earnings premium 3-5 years post qual: Level 2 Qual - 9% Level 3 Qual - 16% Level 2 Apprenticeship - 12% Level 4/5 Apprenticeship - 22% The outcome for the Gov't is a lifetime of additional earnings and tax receipts for HMT, the skills gap gets smaller, and the economy ultimately benefits. These are averages, here in the North East I suspect the %'s are far higher. Roll on the Labour spending review... 🤞
