So how do small agents avoid these pitfalls? Humility, pure and simple. Have the humility to recognise that what made you great in one town might not work in another. You might have to adapt, rethink your approach, and be prepared to learn and grow. Yes, it’s difficult. Yes, it’s complicated. And yes, you might stumble before you succeed. But expanding into new markets is about understanding the local nuances, rather than forcing a one-size-fits-all approach. So make sure you bring your best strategies... and your sharpest instincts.
