Development companies will send 200-300 emails and wonder why they aren't booking new business opportunities. It's simply because the volume is completely insufficient. Without enough volume, there isn't much data to analyse and optimise. Therefore, it means you can't test other angles. Volume negates luck.

They care about their audience more than anything else. Being a Founder is fucking hard… Earning between £3K-£10K/ month you have to: - Generate the leads - Close the leads - Deliver work to the clients - Communicate with your clients - Manage your diary - Re-arrange meetings to suit you and everyone else - Improve your service - Manage your finances And everything else… Not complaining, it’s part of the fun. But as a 1 man team, It makes things 10x easier if you have 1 of everything else: - 1 target audience - 1 lead-gen system - 1 service to sell them 7 months ago, I went all in on that idea. We made a small change that 1.5x'd our meetings booked And it isn't something like changing email copy or following up more times... Its as simple as opening more time slots... We simply added a window of 3 hours extra on top of existing booking hours. And we went from 20 meetings booked/wk to 30 meetings booked in less than a week. The funny thing is Alex Hormozi mentioned this hack in a video I was watching. I thought it wouldn't be effective. But turns out it is VERY EFFECTIVE. Actionable tip: Open more time slots for booking calls. People need more flexibility. Give it to them. Another lesson: Listen to Alex Hormozi

I was literally just talking to a friend about this!! I haven’t paid much attention to YouTube, to be honest. Long-form content is a whole production, in my opinion. But with the possibility of TikTok being banned, many creators are shifting their content strategies. Black Friday deals - yay or nay? The pressure’s mounting to offer a Black Friday discount. I’m already getting an influx of emails to buy this, buy that! With all the hype it’s hard not to get sucked in. Chances are your competitors are getting involved, offering deals to secure bookings for the quieter months when the business is needed. It’d be nice to get a piece of that pie, right? But rather than slashing your rates to secure bookings, a good starting point is this… Find your best offer from 2024, and make it NOTABLY better.  THAT'S what your superfans want from you. If you're going to hustle Black Friday style, you need an offer that FEELS like a deal – because it actually is! And yes, you build urgency in to this offer.  Everybody expects this to be a one-day-promo, so focus your messaging on VALUE (more "Here's what makes this so special" and less, "better hurry"). You already have SUPERFANS, not just shoppers. Use language that treats them as such. It's not a scramble to get the cheapest smartwatch or TV before they're all gone. Use bold and compelling words.
