Over the last 14 years I've worked with some of the top agencies in the UK, and not just those within sports - Carat, We Are Social, AMV BBDO, SQN (now part of rEvolution), Octagon and Samba Digital.

In recent times I moved up from content production to running the European operations for one of the fastest growing social media agencies in sport. Becoming a leader of creative teams working across some of the biggest names in sport.

A founder and entrepenuer at heart, I've enjoyed getting in early to shifts in fan behaviour. Setting up Cast Digital, a YouTube specialist agency in 2015, which was little ahead of its time. Working on projects for Continental Tyres, The FA WSL, Universal Music and running the YouTube channel for the Ladies European Tour.

I was an early social media advocate. Touring clubs in early 2010 advocating its use in fan engagement when most didn't have a presence, before going on to become adidas UK's first social media hire.

For the past four years, I've worked on expanding clubs presence past their own borders. With an emphasis on the Americas, but also in the Middle East and Asia. Developing social media & offline activations to engage with fans around the world.

Now I want to pass on that knowledge to others on how to lead teams, developing successful creative cultures and talent development. All key tenants to growing a successful business beyond business development and case studies - these are the pillars that need to be in place to get to enable sustained growth.

I’m still a content creator at heart with the production/hosting of the podcast 'Running On Coffee'. I get to speak to some amazing people about their work, the celebration of creativity and creating a culture that aids in that success.

    In 2015 the opportunity to team up with Snack Media came about and UKSN changed to Digital Sport, with Snack taking on much of the content creation. In 2017 the relationship became financial and I became full-time CEO. Learned many lessons in my short time there - both what to do and what not to do in business.

    Highlights included running regular monthly events, getting over 130k downloads on the popular Digital Sport podcast and securing the investment to even make the venture possible.

    Brought into review the classic Motown channel for Universal Music and produce a new range of videos to support the launch of the new website. In March 2016 we launched 10 new videos for YouTube (and 10 more for Facebook) around stars such as Lionel Richie, Stevie Wonder, Marvin Gaye, Jackson 5, The Supremes and more.

  • Kitten Kollege - Whiskas UK

    Worked with the various teams at AMV on the launch of Kitten Kollege, a very different approach by a brand to speaking to cat owners. My role was to develop the channel look, upload all the videos, advise on best practice and ensure everything on the channel was good for launch.

    Put together plan for revamp of YouTube channel ahead of launch of new 'Real Test Drive' campaign. Worked on channel design, wrote video info for 40+ archive videos and added new playlist structure with internal and external clients.
