As a face to face coach TIME can be a big hurdle But there's 3 BIG things that will help you massively in this department. Check out the video for the details but here's the 3 things in summary… 1- Get clear on your genuine capacity and what fully booked looks like for you. It’s different for everyone but getting clear on this is the important thing. Just wanting to be busy isn't good enough. 2- Create blocked time to work ON your business. Yes you are a Personal Trainer, but you’re also a business owner so you best put some time aside to actually work on the business and not just the delivery/development of the product. 3- Understand when you are not the coach or business owner, and you are just you. Honour that time as without it you'll just burnout. This will mean you’re business, your coaching and your clients will all suffer. 3 things a day my top clients constantly do.. Having looked after over 3500 clients since 2007 I can tell you that there is a reoccurring theme for the ones that dominate and see results. You can be one of 2 people when you join my program. 1) pay the money and simply do the basics. No more. No less. When pushed send a response etc or 2) be present every day By being present and in the moment a couple of things happen for the superstars on my program. 1) They are great communicators. Every day they give me a overview on workloads, stress levels, energy levels etc. "Pete just to let you know I'm flying at 50% energy today after a poor night sleep" for example This then allows the team to pivot and adjust. To ease up on the pressure, to make the necessary adjustments to the program. 2) They don't make excuses. "I didn't manage 10k steps today, so I've gone ahead and cleared an extra 30minutes tomorrow to make sure I hit 12k steps" 3)They trust the process. The journey can at times be frustrating. You may see weight spikes or plateaus. They don't panic. The purely follow the process that the team has laid out for them.
