Lately, I’ve been thinking about the importance of Enterprise Architecture (EA) in technology transformations, and can’t help but feel it’s one of the most critical capabilities organisations need. Of course EA is a necessity to any technology program, but ensuring they are equipped with the right capabilities and tools could be the most impactful play for ensuring the success of complex transformation initiatives. I have written a piece (below) alongside Elixirr partner Eric Rich to explore this a bit further, and outline why effective Enterprise Architecture is the key to maximising the potential of future technology estates.
