“Benjamin performed outstandingly while working as Political Adviser in Lewisham. These are jobs which require a high level of "Person" skills which he demonstrated by earning the respect and trust of all the elected members he worked with. He was diligent, reliable and able to help those members to understand and reach decisions on complex and controversial issues. He successfully deployed a range of skills across a number of tasks including research, casework and media. His honesty and timekeeping were exemplary. He went on to work for London Councils as a Policy and Projects Officer and as a senior member of that organisation I can also say that he was very successful in this role too. He demonstrated existing skills at a higher level and developed new ones not least in taking front stage and making presentations himself rather than simply assisting other to do so with clear and incisive briefings. I can reccomedn him to potenrial employers without hesitation.”
