“Amy is on it! She has amazing technical knowledge and great attention to detail. Amy's also very organised and driven to succeed, and yet always finds time to educate me and other team members on our product. I am so fortunate to be able to call on Amy to support technical and challenging sales because she always dazzles customers with her presentations. They always feel in great hands. Her value to the company can't be overestimated. ”

English Gymnastics (EG) is keen to encourage people of all ages, gender an ethnic origins to volunteer to help in the organisation and running of gymnastics and trampoline clubs and extra curricular sessions in schools. Whilst the Helpers' Award is not a coaching qualification, it does give an introduction into the skills and attributes required to be a gymnastics or trampoline coach.

Training and Development
Score: 87%
Consistently achieving high grades within this module. In a second piece of coursework, I achieved the highest grade in the class of 60. Through creating a Professional Development Plan and writing a self-reflective essay, I was able to show that not only can I write an academic essay, but can also reflect personally to how I as an individual can improve.
I see this as a key skill to be able to continually learn and develop from experience. -
Training and Development
Score: 87%
During the module 'Training and Development' I received the 3rd highest grade in a class of 60 for my essay on analysing the UK and 2 other countries' national stance on training. The essay helped me to compare and contrast the ways in which countries differ in terms of training and also taught me what is available in terms of initiatives within the UK.

This helped me to take a more critical viewpoint to how a firm can develop and strategically obtain goal and improve performance through many factors, both internally and externally for a firm. -
Social Media and Networking
Score: 95%
Within this module we had to create a report which analysed 2 or more companies and their use of social media and how this impacted or generated revenue. I received the highest grade on the module with 70+ students.
Through this class I learnt how to effectively and concisely research and create a report which I believe to be key in future jobs. Also, I
