I knew I couldn't do this alone, so I handpicked some of the amazing women in my network who were already on this journey.     I was brought in to launch the HIGHER Leaders Network across six cities in Europe and the USA. As the Content and Community Manager, I created the pillars of the HLN and the messaging around it and ran all the launch events across September and October. I also ran a LinkedIn brand-building course with the TA leaders as part of the personal branding pillar.

    I was also responsible for:
    - Managing the 11k community on Slack, ensuring people are engaged and contributing to conversations
    - Content strategy for HIGHER’s leaders network from concept to launch
    - Running regular LinkedIn brand-building workshops within the community for the VPs and Executives
    - Creating messaging house, tone of voice for the HIGHER leaders network
    - Supporting with website copy and all other HIGHER-related communications
    - Podcast guest acquisition for our ‘Hiring on all cylinders’ podcast.
