What are the most effective ways to differentiate your keynote speaking?
Also, part of your brand is what happens before and after the presentation. Be easy to work with, arrive super-early, get to know the sound technician. Before that, speak to the organiser and understand THEIR aims, and what they perceive their audiences' aims will be. Get in touch and check in prior. If you're a pro, act like a pro. And remember, your presentation (and folks perception of you) starts long before you get on the stage, and long after.

How can you ensure diverse perspectives are included in problem solving?
Also, keep in mind that traditional "problem solving" techniques are somewhat built upon the assumption that (a) there is an identifiable cause or causes and (b) that is static and identifiable. In some cases there might be a linear relationship like this, but not always. In different contexts, this might not be the case. Often all of the variables are moving at once. Hypothesis based prototypes might be required. Rather than saying "this is the root cause, this is the solution", experiments may be required. Whatever model is created, it is a model not reality. Don't be fooled into thinking because you can solve it on paper that the real world will be the same.

How can you ensure diverse perspectives are included in problem solving?
Another aspect is to ensure that you have spread the net wide enough, and are considering a wide enough stakeholder base. Too often change is "done to" people, by organisations and committees who have "power over" them. Depending on the nature of the problem, consider conducting an exercise to establish who is impacted. Don't just pander to the loudest or most powerful voices. Remember, creating better outcomes isn't about a single "brainstorming" meeting, there may well be inputs and discussions with a whole wide range of folks. Always ask: "who else might be involved, impacted or interested?" And "who have we missed?"
