How to validate an offer on a budget? We recently took on a gentleman running a biz ops optimisation agency. He was trying to sell to other agencies. From selling to agencies, we immediately knew he'd have a tough time getting them to buy. Most agencies' biggest bottleneck is client acquisition, not operations. Any resources they can spare, will be directed to that. So, it would be difficult to sell to them in the first place, and also to command higher prices. We analysed the work he had done - case studies etc - and saw that his expertise could be leveraged in an industry with a lot more purchasing power, and that would benefit a lot more from said service. The financial services industry. M&A firms, VCs, PE firms... You get the idea. They have money to invest, and their operations are more complex than agencies. So we advised him on how to: 1. Optimise his Li profile; 2. Craft the necessary marketing material; 3. Write compelling copy. From sending just 50 messages he received 8 positive responses. 16% PR rate means you have something special! It cost him $0, and a fraction of the time it would've taken to do this via cold email. Long story short: test your offer via LinkedIn if you're on a budget. It works.

💼 Why businesses should invest more than just £££ into PPC. PPC analysts can, and should, be some of the most informed people in your business. We're constantly digging into data, analysing what users are searching for, tracking conversions, and watching shifts in customer behaviour. How will they be built, and how does that influence the customer journey? - How do we set up our campaigns to best reflect the way that the brand wants to be portrayed, and how does that work alongside their other channels? - What dials do we have to turn to match up with what they can deal with from an operational stand-point? Yes, it was a full day out of everyone’s calendars - but it provided us with invaluable insight into the business and gave us so much to go off in terms of how we shape the PPC strategy. You might invest heavily in PPC from a monetary perspective - but could you invest more from a time perspective? Having reserve email accounts & ESP diversification will be a MUST moving forward. You could be doing absolutely everything “correct” in terms of deliverability But still have accounts get nuked out of nowhere with no understanding of why. Having accounts across different ESPs and in reserve in case of a rainy day will solve both a throttle in volume (from setting up new accounts from scratch + warm up) And can help you identify which providers are under/outperforming others. Deliverability tests are just as important as copy split-tests now.

Some end-of-the-week results showcase - 📉 Cost Per Conversion reduced by 99.1% 📈 Conversion Rate increased by 12,512% 📈Conversions increased by 31,950% 📈New Contacts increased in CRM by 97.1% 📈MQLs increased by 35.7% Key Insights 💡 1️⃣ Before we took over the account, ad money was being spent but without proper conversion tracking. Can't emphasize enough how important that is. 2️⃣ A focus on middle and lower-funnel conversions, considering people who click on Book a Demo as a conversion, Meeting Bookings, and Form Fill ups as conversions. This helped the Ads algorithm collect data and also push for lower funnel conversions simultaneously. 3️⃣ Previously the account was running Dynamic search ads which didn't make much business sense and CPA was astronomical. Why would a potential client choose your agency over others? I figured it out: - you specialise in their industry - you specialise in the “thing” (SEO, PPC, design etc) - you have case studies for companies similar to theirs - you clearly demonstrate your processes - you are outcome focused - you are transparent with pricing upfront - you don’t lock people in - you make it as risk free as possible Don’t focus on a pretty website and logo. Focus on a no brainer offer.

Some advice needed from #Affiliate experts on #paydayloans type sites please. So, while messing about experimenting with a site, we unexpectedly got a "best payday loans" page up in the top 10 for loads of keywords. The below are just a small selection of them. there are over 250 of them. What the best thing to do with it? Using multiple agencies doesn’t work. 📣 Spread your bets will give you success right? Nope, you’re wrong. Why? 🚩🤯 -Prioritising speed rather than quality. -Motivating the wrong type of competition. -Focus shifts to exclusive/higher paying clients. -Candidate chaos- imagine 3/4 recruiters calling the same candidates. -Brand protection, can they all sell the opportunity & understand the business. -Your time, multiple emails/calls/meetings. -Encouraging D&£khead behaviour with candidate representation. One of the persistent challenges with ordering from standalone D2C websites— is the extended shipping period. When ordering online, whilst many of us choose to shop directly from these sites to support the brand, help them build their first-party data, or use promo codes, the shipping delays can often overshadow the benefits. For arguments sake, in categories like Fashion, Lifestyle, or Home, delays can be still manageable. But, in FMCG or FMCD, it can quickly become frustrating. I recently decided to bypass the aggregators and ordered a Cosmix Kerala Vanilla Bean protein powder on October 31st. Fast forward to November 9th, and the order is still marked as ‘Delayed.’ After reaching out to customer support, I was told it could take another 24-48 hours to resolve, or they’ll ship a replacement. While I appreciate the proactive offer, waiting two weeks for a protein powder delivery in today’s fast-paced world feels almost unforgivable.
