    I (Yorr People) had a meeting this week with a potential new client (🎉) who wanted to talk about what the new legislation on sexual harassment meant for them as a business. Kudos to them. They’re taking it seriously and asking the right questions of the right people. 🗓 Reminder: On October 26th the Worker Protection (Amendment of Equality Act) Act 2023 comes into effect, placing a legal obligation on employers to take reasonable steps to prevent sexual harassment in the workplace.     #FridayFeels I've had a busy week which, as a new business owner, is very much welcomed! Yesterday, along with Jennie, I attended the ukFPN's Festival of Agriculture at Springfield's Events Centre in Spalding. It was so nice to be back in a room with some familiar faces from the Industry I've spent so long working in. Especially Tim Jackson & Lycia Pitcher. And connecting with new faces too! Edina Bremner, Leighton Waters and Dinal Taleyratne to name a few. And it was great to see so many businesses and speakers celebrating the industry and looking forward to what is to come. Boston Grammar School also sent a cohort of students and it was so good to see them enthusiastic about the opportunities that the agricultural sector gives them. All in all, it was a very worthwhile day!! Thank you to Tammy Dawson - Doughty and the ukFPN team at the Lincolnshire Chamber of Commerce. What gave me the feels I hear you ask? Hearing how the NHS United Lincolnshire Trust is offering FREE CPR training to local businesses. HOW AMAZING!?!
