Grants of up to £5,000 are available NOW for organisations working in or delivering services in #Northampton. As long as your organisation is generating an income that has a positive social/ environmental benefit we may very well be able to help. This funding isn’t just for Community Interest Company (CIC) and social enterprises. Charities and limited companies can also apply. The crucial factors are: 1. That you are generating an income from the service/product you are providing. 2. That the profits you generate are being used for a positive social outcome and your articles of incorporation state this. There are two grants available so decide which one you are applying for: Start-Up (less than 2 years of trading) or Build It up (2+ years trading). We are proud to finally share that The Lewis Foundation will now be the new cafe operators at Northampton Museum & Art Gallery. Members of the public can enjoy food and drink in our cafe. We look forward to working alongside local businesses such as GF Shoetown Baker, Friars Farm and the local market to bring locally sourced products to our customers. We have a fantastic team in place with Latte Lady, Nick and Ginger Barista who will be ready to welcome you. The icing on the cake for us is that every item purchased by a customer is making a impact and is contributing to helping raise awareness and funds to support adults diagnosed with cancer in hospital. It supports us in doing what we love, which is providing comfort and happiness to adult cancer patients and their loved ones following a diagnosis. Together, it enables us to support our community during their time of need. Opening day is Tuesday 12th November at 10am. Opening Hours will be Tuesday - Saturday 10am - 4pm, Sunday 12 - 4pm. Read more about it BBC News here: https://lnkd.in/eH4dpnXR Please SHARE and spread the word. We can't wait to welcome you!
