Like every Winterhalter machine, the MT Series also meets all hygiene requirements of the European standard. But the new MT goes one step further: It monitors itself during ongoing washing operations and checks whether full hygiene safety is actually being guaranteed. For example, if the tank or boiler temperature falls below the target value, the MT automatically reduces its transport speed until the initial temperature is reached again. The “hygiene mode” function is exclusive to Winterhalter. Many other impressive details demonstrate that the new MT is consistently focused on hygiene.
