Earlier this week, it was the last away day of the year for the leadership team from our clinical and facilities services – led by Clinical Director Nicola Cheetham, at The Lock in Stalybridge. The team talked about their successes from the year, their strengths and how they have grown together, as well as celebrating their leadership and taking time to truly see and appreciate each other 💚 They developed some new art skills and had a bit of festive fun too! 🎨 🎄 Nicola shared: “I couldn’t be more proud of the team! Today, we said a fond farewell to Janet Delaney, who is retiring after an incredible 17 years of dedicated service to Willow Wood Hospice 💜 Janet has been an integral part of our Retail team, working across multiple shops including Droylsden, Hyde, Stalybridge, Glossop, The PAD and our Distribution Centre (now the Clearance Outlet and Donation Centre) 👏 Janet's favourite role has always been sorting, where her expertise and hard work has made a huge difference to our operations. When asked what she'll miss most, Janet said it will be our amazing volunteers, who have provided her with so much support over the years 🙏 Paul King, our Warehouse and Logistics Manager, shared: “Janet will be missed by so many.
