In 2025, we're on a mission to redefine the L&D industry standards. Training is too forgettable, and workshops are expiring. Leaders and talent deserve better. Luckily, we're not alone on this. Thank you to everyone who joined us across the year... It's been epic. Here's a snippet of our most recent event bringing together old and new Unthinkers. 2025, we elevate the standards. Again.
About us
Normal wasn’t working. We can’t go back to Normal. We create addictive learning experiences that develop epic leaders, who do more. Making work so engaging people can't wait for Mondays!🚀 How? Now that's where it gets really fun. Think Secret Cinema and Cirque du Soleil meet leadership development. We engage leaders in ways that have never been seen before.

Maximising DEI Impact webinar- ICYMI, here are 3 takeaways 👇 Last week, Unthink’s Professor Adrienne Milner, PhD hosted a webinar on maximising DEI impact in organisations. 1️⃣ DEI in its simplest form is good decision-making. Consider whose voices and perspectives may be missing when making decisions. Seek to explore rather than dismiss unfamiliar ideas and questions. With this approach, we're optimising our chances for everyone to reach their full potential at work. 2️⃣ Moving the needle To drive progress in DEI, prioritise better data collection and analysis, improve policies and procedures, and invest in people’s upskilling. How much energy and resources you put into each of these depends on your current state, and where you want to get to. 3️⃣ DEI isn’t just a nice to have or the right thing to do, it’s essential for driving high-performing people, teams, and organisations. If any of these are on your to-do list in 2025 and you're not quite sure how to tackle them, you can book in time with Adrienne here 👉 https://lnkd.in/eSu-rXQJ

Sometimes, being an Olympic athlete leaves clues... The stage run, the trophy lift, the media training... It never leaves you. Here’s a little peek at the night we picked up Entrepreneur of the Year 2024. 😏 #StartUpAwards

One year ago, Janne Müller-Wieland OLY won an award for best CEO of the Year in London (despite being a hockey player). Thankfully, we knew just the person to keep her on her toes in 2024. Thank you, Archie Curzon.

Have you ever met someone with a superpower that doubles as a plot twist? One minute they’re trying to figure out why a spreadsheet won’t “alphabetize,” and the next, they’ve created a totally new system or organisation the world wasn’t ready for. Welcome to the powerful world of Dyslexic Thinking...
