  • How long does it take to 10X your revenues or profits? For some businesses the answer is: never. Why's that? Because you have no process. Adding zeroes to your P&L is simple - it's just not easy. First you need to understand the simple mathematics of the task: ➡️ Leads x Conversion Rate = Customers ➡️ Customers x Average Value Sale x Number of Transactions = Revenues ➡️ Revenues x %Profit Margin = Profits When you actually understand this it simplifies the task of setting strategies and executing them every year or quarter. And yet, the vast majority of business leaders overcomplicate this and get distracted by all manner of things that don't move the dial on any of these core inputs. Increasing Leads, %Conversion, Avg £Value Sale, No. of Transactions and % Margin by 10% each gives you a 61% improvement each year. If you do this consistently year on year your business is ten times bigger in 7 years. And the VALUE of your business is proportional to your profit multiples plus your ability to demonstrate consistent exponential growth.
