🎉 The best in the business? Our Glassdoor rating has now lifted to 4.8/5, our highest ever. By our maths, it is the best of any independent B2B agency! Our culture is very important to us, driving performance and standards but also reflecting our enjoyment of what we do with our clients and each other. Reviews on Glassdoor never lapse, so we're really proud of this score. It comes from feedback from our team that work here today, and worked here before them. Thank you to everyone past, present and future!

A picture of success! This week, at the B2B Marketing Awards, we celebrated a big win in the 'Best Product or Service Launch' category for our work with Fiona Macrae and Iain Anderson at Oxford Instruments plc. Our work together on the "Making Imaging Elementary" campaign was one of our most rewarding and enjoyable projects over the past year. For it to win big is something we are all very proud of. It's great to see detectors for microscopy up in lights, and being celebrated. A hard-to-understand product, it will be at the heart of so many scientific breakthroughs for years to come. A niche product for an important brand that deserved to be the focus of the attention. Particularly enjoyable to take home some silverware to accompany the usual hangovers!

We're really looking forward to celebrating with all the other shortlisted finalists tonight at the B2B Marketing Awards. We'll have our fingers crossed for good news, but much more likely to be wrapped around a wine glass!
We've been recognised in the B2B Marketing Agency awards, for our work with Oxford Instruments in the "Best product or service launch" category. They're widely recognised as the Oscars of the industry, so we're rightly very proud. Suspect Matt Scutt and Lottie O'Donoghue will be raising something stronger than a teacup on the night!

Is your B2B logo still relevant in a digital-first world? 🌍 Many logos, designed before the digital era, struggle with the legibility and versatility that is required for effective multi-platform use. From simplifying design elements for readability to creating logos that adapt well to social and mobile, Matt Scutt offers his insight into four modern trends in B2B logo design and how to keep your brand visually impactful. New year, new logo? If we've inspired you to reconsider your logo, there's no better time than the new year! Let's chat now to get planning for 2025.

Planning a Black Friday promotion? B2B purchases are rarely made on a whim. All you end up doing is pulling inevitable sales forward. Which means robbing tomorrow to go today. Brand building with demand is the only way to go for B2B.
