🤔 We were curious to know: what are the best ways to boost employee engagement using HiBob, beyond just basic surveys? So, we turned to our Implementation Consultant, Ria McAuliffe, for her top tips: 💡 There are several ways to use Bob to increase employee engagement aside from your basic surveys. 1️⃣ . At a basic level, there is the club view in Bob where you see colleagues who have shared skills and interests. Employees also can have the ability to post and interreact with shoutouts, kudos and polls on the homepage. 2️⃣ . Bob has the capabilities for 360 performance reviews to assess managers, peers, and even oneself throughout the year, allowing for honest and transparent feedback. These performance reviews can create overall performance scores to feed into compensation events so employees performance has a direct impact on their salary increases year on year. 3️⃣ . Employees can set their goals in Bob and they can align to company and department goals which is a great way for employees to see how their work and objectives feed into the company strategy. Each goal can also have trackable metrics to monitor progress with goals and can be updated as tasks are completed, and achievements can be celebrated. 4️⃣ . Employees and managers can use the 1-on-1s functionality for check-ins with pre-defined agendas to ensure alignment. 5️⃣ .
