This month, Turnbull & Scott had the pleasure of welcoming Joe, Conall, and Max from the local school for a hands-on work experience placement! 🙌 As part of our commitment to Developing the Young Workforce (DYW Scotland), we provided these aspiring young engineers with an opportunity to explore the exciting world of engineering. They gained practical experience across our cutting, powder coating, welding, and assembly process lines, working alongside our skilled team to see first-hand how innovative engineering comes to life. Investing in young talent is crucial for the future of our industry, and we’re proud to play a part in sparking their interest in STEM careers.
