Great to be at PE HQ today to talk all things AI - what it is, how to use it and what leading applications look like right now. Doing it under a quote from Albert Einstein "if you can't explain it simply, you don't understand it well enough" when it comes to explaining LLMs and AI agents kept Ash on his toes! We're delighted to partner together on building the future of AI in the oil and gas industry - watch this space in 2025.
💡Great to have Ash Garner, co-founder of Tomoro, in-house at PE Limited HQ for our first internal technology trends conversations. Today’s subject… 🤖“Demystifying AI”! While #AI is implemented within the technical suite of tools, the objective is to spark internal conversations and ideas as we drive towards enterprise level application of AI. We can't wait to see where this partnership takes us! Great work on organising this Greg Grimshaw, PE Limited Director of AI, and thanks again Ash Garner for what was an enjoyable and thought provoking session. #PeLtd #AskPE #PeAI #Petex

Moving into our new office marks a milestone in a journey defined by growth, creativity and collaboration. It's a space that not only supports how we work but inspires where we're headed. Being together in this incredible environment has amplified the energy and innovation we bring to everything we do. Even our AI agents feel the same! It's a reminder of the power of teamwork and the importance of a shared vision. As the seasons change, so do the possibilities. Who's ready for balcony strategy sessions this summer? We are! And if you want to join us, get in touch! #3DayWorkWeek #WeAreTomoro #FutureofWork #AIAgents #Culture

It's getting towards that time... looking ahead to 2025. In this blog we explore what differentiates the leaders from the laggards in deploying valuable applied AI enterprise-wide. What's become obvious in 2024? There is a LOT of value out there to be had (if you're brave enough) and the technology advancement isn't going to slow down anytime soon. This blog covers how to take greater advantage of that in 2025: from following the 'AI gravity' of your organisation to embracing that one-and-done transformation projects are over - you need to build for continuous adaptation. As always, any questions or thoughts just let us know!

Once-in-a-lifetime job opportunity! Somebody once told us, if someone offers you a seat on a rocket ship 🚀, don’t ask which seat. We’re looking for a smart, ambitious and flexible problem solver, who's eager to learn and grow within our business management team. You’ll be working directly with the leadership at one of the most exciting AI businesses in the UK (if we do say so ourselves). Your job will change as you grow, it’ll have finance, ops, people, strategy, loads of AI and whatever else the leadership are working on. You’ll probably be running the place one day. We care more about attitude, intelligence and speed of learning than the skills you have today. Ready to shape the future with us? Please check out the job spec for Business Management Coordinator here; https://tomoro.ai/careers and if it sounds like a fit for you, apply! If you have any questions about the role, reach out to Ami Islam or Chloe Kelleher (née Isaacs).

Yesterday at the OpenAI Women in AI meet-up, I had the privilege of joining the panel with the amazing Meryem Arik, Yasemin Arik, Svetlana Grant, and Evgenia Plotnikova to discuss the Business of AI. It was great to hear insights from the investor/partner perspective on what matters most when investing in businesses and finding the right kind of founder. On the other side, we dove into the builder's perspective—talking about building the right infrastructure and solving tough problems! I loved sharing what we at Tomoro consider the 'secret sauce' to winning in the market, and how we help our clients see and believe in the vision, as we build and scale enterprise AI solutions. It’s all about the “Are we being useful or just clever?” test! The conversations that followed were full of ambition and fresh perspectives on the challenges we face in the field. A huge thank you to Yao Li and Stephanie Tran for creating this incredible community and to Dawn Capital for hosting!

OpenAI DevDay in SF last week was incredible, what was similar to last year was the massive injection of energy and enthusiasm for changing the world. What was different is we've rapidly gone from talking about LLMs, to agents, and even multi-agent systems. This blog includes a few of our reflections on how the agentic ecosystem is taking shape, why o1 is the start of another profound set of AI capabilities and how we see the various announcements plugging together to realise even greater value for people and businesses around the world. https://lnkd.in/eKTvKfhF
