Our team in Rhyl hosted a car boot sale to help raise money towards our Winter Campaign 💪 With the help from everyone buying and selling they raised £202.63 👏 People were able to furnish whole rooms with the items being sold. A huge thank you to everyone involved 👏 -- Roedd ein tîm yn y Rhyl wedi cynnal arwerthiant cist car i helpu i godi arian i’n Hymgyrch Aeaf 💪 Gyda help pawb yn prynu ac yn gwerthu, fe wnaethon nhw godi £202.63 👏 Roedd pobl wedi gallu dodrefnu ystafelloedd cyfan gyda’r eitemau a oedd ar werth. Diolch o galon i bawb a fu’n rhan o’r digwyddiad 👏

We've been working with Ramblers Cymru since August 2022 in North Wales 🙌 Our focus has been getting people out and about in Wrexham and Debighshire, introducing some of the people we support to their local areas and demonstrating how they can access them to encourage positive health and wellbeing 💜 Through these programs and sessions, we have seen people start to engage better with staff and other services, as well as developing connections with their peers within the groups. We're marking Welsh Overdose Awareness Day by highlighting the signs of overdoses 💜 Spotting the signs of an overdose can be lifesaving and it is essential that you learn them.
