🎅 At this year’s annual TST Christmas party, we embraced the magic of the season with a Kids at Christmas immersive experience that brought out the child in all of us! From bubble magicians to bauble painting, candle making, and even a spike-your-own hot chocolate stand, our immersive activity stations were the perfect way to kick off our festivities. 🧲 Despite 86% of Early Careers functions actively working to reduce bias in their recruitment processes, DE&I remains the biggest challenge in Early Careers recruitment according to leaders. As organisations grapple with their existing commitments to DE&I, Labour's manifesto and US affirmative action rulings could usher in a new era of further DE&I recruitment challenges. 🌍 To continue our green theme (rhyme intended!) for November, we wanted to show you just how serious we are about our commitment to a greener future: In addition to offsetting our carbon footprint, we’re also setting a goal to reduce our emissions by 50% by 2030. To do this, we’ll be cutting 15.2 tons of CO2 each year from our baseline. That’s the weight of 5 rhinos, 3 hippopotamus, or around 3000 cats (if the internet is to be believed).
