Volunteering! There are so many amazing people that give their time to RMC, and many other places to make a difference in the community. It was inspirational to speak to so many people and so many organisations at the Wulfrun in Wolverhampton a few weeks ago. It's never too late to start volunteering!

RMC: THE REFUGEE AND MIGRANT CENTRE reposted this
🌟 Representing the Refugee and Migrant Centre at UA UK Christmas Art Fair 🌟 Today, I had the honor of representing the Refugee and Migrant Centre (RMC) alongside my colleagues at the UA UK Christmas Art Fair held at The Rep Theatre in Birmingham. This wonderful event brought together artists and communities to celebrate creativity, culture, and connection. With activities such as children’s drawing workshops, face painting, and beautiful crafts on display, the fair was a heartwarming reminder of the power of art to unite people from all walks of life. As a family support worker at RMC, I see firsthand how vital our organization is to the West Midlands. For over 20 years, RMC has been a pillar of hope for refugees and migrants, providing: ✅ Immigration and asylum advice ✅ Support with housing, education, and employment ✅ Health and well-being assistance ✅ Opportunities for integration and empowerment Our work is about more than just support; it’s about creating inclusive, thriving communities where everyone has the opportunity to succeed. Events like this art fair are a perfect example of how embracing diversity makes our communities stronger.

RMC is one of the largest providers of free immigration advice in the UK, filling the critical gap left by the absence of legal aid for family visa applications.
