Surround yourself with genuine hearted good intentional people that align to your values. This is what we have now done at the MBCC Awards. My values are of all of us supporting one another and no one person is greater than anyone else. Its about executing in harmony and thinking of others not just ourselves. Doing due diligence on the people you do business with is very important and a hard lesson i learnt but at the same time that lesson was the best thing that happened to me and the MBCC Awards as the awards are thriving like it has never thrived before and that is because we are focusing on the community and not one solitary person show boating on stage. I created it to be about the people when i came up with and executed the awards solely in 2016 as a result of my father being murdered. Since then we have worked with some great people at the awards and i thank them for being a part of it for the time they were there but like with all things we evolve and grow as change is inevitable and we have to embrace change in a professional manner. I am now blessed to have great expert people around me, one in the shape of Linda Aitchison our Head of PR. The coverage we have had at the Multicultural Business & Community Champion Awards (MBCC) is phenomenal. The awards is a statement to remind each and everyone to back yourselves and never make anyone make you feel less than. You have value and you are valued. Believe in yourself and do not worry about those trying to knock you down as you have got this. The finalists and winners at the awards prove this to be true. 🙌🏾💖💖

What a pinch me moment 😱😱 The Multicultural Business & Community Champion Awards (MBCC) was mentioned on Loose Women and This Morning as MBCC Awards host Judi Love and Honorary Role Model of the Year Alison Hammond turned up to our event wearing the same dress.
