THE ROLE As a Community Barista you will be the customer’s first neighbourly interaction helping create a warm, comfortable environment while serving great coffee. Reporting directly to the Community Manager, we’re looking for someone who cares about people, coffee, and the surrounding community. The role is part time, but for the right candidate we can be flexible and increase the hours if needs be. There are also growth opportunities, both within our cafes and workspace streams.
